Elizabeth's gown just came and unfortunatly it is another dud! The sleeves fitted alittle better, but the gown would not close in the back and then this was discovered when I was on the phone with CS!

Going to AGPNY and opening 20 boxes til I get one right! otherwise, going to get something else!

I swear, I am not sure what they were thinking with that delicate of fabric on this dress. I love the dress, but it sure has had it's problems. We got our 3rd replacement today. I haven't had a chance to try it on Elizabeth yet, but will try later this evening. If the adults can't get this dress to work, imagine what the kids are doing with it...UGH! If we don'r have it, it sort of messes up the "carriage" set too! Still waiting on the tea dress as well.....

That's terrible! You'd think with so many complaints AG has gotten on that outfit that they would want to fix it ASAP.

Oh boy, I sure hope they can fix these problems soon. My daughter is getting Elizabeth for her birthday next month and I am sure she would love to buy some of the dresses also. I hate having to return things, so I hope they get this fixed!!!

I've been trying to decide on what to order for my Elizabeth. I really want this dress, but geeze!

Wow, I'm so terribly sorry.
That's the exact place that my Elizabeth's Holiday Gown ripped in. It looks exactly like my old one that I sent back... [img]eek.gif[/img] [img]rolleyes.gif[/img]
I had Ingrid send me another one and it was perfect...so... [img]graemlins/wonder.gif[/img]

Man that really bites, I dont know whats goign on here, but they need to double and triple check over the quality of the outfits. This saddens me. Ria I am so sorry.

Ugh, sorry to hear you didn't have luck the third time around either, Ria! That really is unfortunate... and really shakes my faith in these new outfits. [img]confused.gif[/img] Thanks for reporting this though, and good luck if you try a fourth!

My third gown came yesterday and I haven't had a chance to try it on her yet. I'll let you guys know if it's a keeper or not. [img]confused.gif[/img]
